Service Description
RemedyWell is an AI-powered wellness and natural remedy app that provides wellness information, natural remedy suggestions, tracking tools, and related resources.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with app operations, or use the Service for emergencies or as a replacement for medical care.
User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
The Service, branding, design, text, graphics, features, and related materials are owned by Redemption Management or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Redemption Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
