We may collect your name, email address, account information, wellness data, remedy preferences, health logs, device and browser information, usage data, and cookies.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide the service, manage accounts, process Stripe payments, personalize wellness suggestions, improve AI-powered features, and respond to support requests.

Data Retention

• Wellness logs and health data are retained while the account is active.
• Deleted accounts: all personal health data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Remedy preferences and quiz results are retained for 90 days after account deletion for analytics, then permanently deleted.
• If you delete individual entries, they are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
• Anonymous, aggregated data, such as remedy popularity by region and common wellness concerns, may be retained indefinitely.
• Data shared with AI providers for generating wellness suggestions is not retained by the AI provider after processing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with Stripe for payment processing, AI providers for wellness features, hosting providers for app operations, and legal authorities when required by law.

User Rights

You may request access, correction, or portability of your data by contacting redemptionmanagementinc@gmail.com.

• You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time using the Delete My Account action below. No email request is needed.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Child Protection

• RemedyWell may be used by families to track wellness information for multiple family members, including children.
• Health data for minors under 18 requires parental or legal guardian consent before being entered into the app.
• Parents and guardians may view, modify, or delete their child's health data at any time by contacting redemptionmanagementinc@gmail.com.
• Children's health data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to protect the child's safety.
• The Service does not provide medical advice for children. Always consult a licensed pediatrician or healthcare provider for pediatric health concerns.
• If a user enters health data indicating a child may be in danger or experiencing abuse, we reserve the right to report to appropriate authorities.

Security

We use TLS/SSL to help protect data in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe using PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
